– Utilities included (water, electricity, gas and air conditioning).
– The prices are for two people plus a maximum of three children under 12 years.
– Compulsory final cleaning: Euro 45 per apartment (already included).
– Deposit to cover any damages Euro 150 upon arrival, which will be returned if everything is okay upon departure.
